• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact for engagements.
• Develop audit strategy with partners and directors; allocate resources and plan programs.
• Oversee complex audit procedures, review workpapers and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Coach and develop audit staff; conduct evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure quality control of audit documentation and reports in line with standards.
• Support business development through client proposals and networking.
