Syntagma Group is seeking a full-time Attorney Recruiting + Development Specialist to join its Talent Team. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment of lateral associates, partners, and temporary attorneys, partnering with firm leadership to drive a high-touch hiring approach.

You will work closely with the Chief Talent + Culture Officer and an assistant to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support long-term talent objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 3+ years attorney recruiting experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a top-tier law firm environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize search descriptions for lateral attorney searches.
• Coordinate searches with hiring partners and agencies, maintain recruitment systems.
• Participate in strategy discussions and provide candidate evaluations and presentations.
• Oversee candidate scheduling, communications, and offers.
