Job summary

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP seeks a seasoned leader to head attorney recruiting across entry-level, lateral, and partner hiring. You will partner with the CTO, Managing Partners, Department Heads, and Practice Group Leaders to design strategies, supervise the recruiting team, and align hiring with the firm's growth objectives.

You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and the applicant-tracking process while driving improvements in efficiency, integration, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressive work experience.
• Proven ability to lead attorney recruiting and manage full lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to develop recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all attorney recruiting efforts at every level including entry-level, lateral, and partner hires.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies with CTO, Managing Partners, Department Heads, and Practice Group Leaders.
• Maintain relationships with candidate sourcing channels including outside firms, law schools, and judges who refer applicants.
• Manage sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Oversee applicant tracking and improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee integration of new hires for smooth transition.
• Supervise Recruiting & PD Assistant and coordinate with the Professional Development & Recruiting Manager.
• Contribute to associate compensation and bonus program discussions.
• Manage recruiting data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Stay current with recruiting technology and tools.
• Participate in firm management and DEI initiatives.
