Friedman Williams is seeking a seasoned Attorney Recruiting & Development professional to lead the creation of search descriptions, coordinate interview scheduling, and manage candidate pipelines for lateral associates, partners, and temporary attorneys.

You will collaborate with the Chief Talent + Culture Officer, hiring partners, and external agencies to ensure accurate data in viRecruit, set up intake forms, and guide decisions from first contact through offers and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and finalize search descriptions with hiring partners for lateral associate, partner, and temporary attorney positions.
• Coordinate launch and distribution of searches through internal and external channels.
• Participate in recruiting strategy, pipeline management, and hiring discussions with leadership.
• Review resumes and assess alignment with hiring needs and practice priorities.
• Prepare candidate presentations and materials for partners.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, agencies, and partners.
• Manage active pipelines and maintain recruiting data and reports in systems.
• Conduct first-round associate interviews and contribute to evaluations.
• Advise on interview feedback and next steps, and communicate decisions to agencies.
• Close searches by updating tracking systems and archiving records.
