Job summary

Cloud Software Group in Georgia seeks a Senior Account Technology Strategist to lead strategic technical engagements with customers' business and IT decision-makers, developing a technology roadmap and identifying opportunities to increase value.

You will coordinate with SAs, PSEs, PMs, conduct product demos, and drive adoption across multiple cloud technologies, reporting to Sales and Sales Engineering, while mentoring other ATS professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive experience engaging with C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of cloud technologies in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of data, automation, insight, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with customers and executives across the organization.
• Integrate with customers and maintain relationships at all levels through regular communication.
• Create strategic plans aligned with customers' future goals.
• Provide technical thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate resources to meet customer needs across technologies and platforms.
• Overcome objections and accelerate technical evaluation during sales cycles.
• Demonstrate value of solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and remote/on-site presentations to drive adoption.
• Engage with SAs, PSEs, and PMs for demos and feature discussions.
• Build multi-product PoCs as part of sales engagements.
• Maintain records in Salesforce for leadership reviews and account planning.
