Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and/or procurement environments.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at the executive level.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring ATS professionals.
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology domains.

Responsibilities
