Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to oversee daily academic operations and supervise faculty. You will partner with the Dean to advance BSN program goals, maintain teaching standards, and drive student success through data-informed decisions while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

You will recruit and develop faculty, manage budgets, and collaborate with campus leadership to expand programs and implement curriculum

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing education experience at Bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years development/participation in simulation/clinical experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience in academic/clinical settings.
• 2+ years in acute care/trauma/emergency or medical-surgical settings.
• Unencumbered professional nursing licensure.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise assigned faculty.
• Partner with Dean on BSN program goals and strategic execution.
• Develop faculty performance and maintain teaching standards.
• Contribute to student success through data-informed decisions and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for assigned areas.
• Recruit, onboard and retain qualified faculty; lead performance management.
• Collaborate on budget planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with ED, DAAs, and ADAAs to support student and business outcomes.
• Lead program expansion and academic initiatives with agility and vision.
