You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all accounting operations while partnering with executive leadership to shape financial strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and joint venture accounting.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred; public accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger accounting activities, including close processes and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounting and reporting for 150+ retail joint ventures with IFRS compliance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team and drive professional growth.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
