Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a qualified candidate to lead full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in accounting and financial reporting, alongside experience managing distributed teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, managing audit relationships, and driving process improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification are required, along with strong technical systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA required.
• Proven experience managing remote or global accounting teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including month/year-end close.
• Oversee financial reporting compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage audit and tax relationships, coordinating with external auditors.
