Job summary

Park Aerospace Corp. is seeking an Assistant Controller/Plant Controller to support month-end close, manage AP/AR, payroll and GL functions in a manufacturing setting.

Under the direction of the Corporate Controller, this onsite role will help develop policies, provide financial reporting, and supervise staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and Park Aerospace policies. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• S. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five or more years of progressive responsibility in accounting preferably in aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily accounting activities and month-end close.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Support audits and internal reporting schedules.
• Develop and implement policies for financial processes and procedures.
• Train and supervise accounting staff and coordinate with other departments.
