Job summary

LifePort seeks a seasoned Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment. You will manage the daily transactions, lead the month-end close, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting cross-functional teams in analysis and decision making.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive internal controls, budget variance analysis, and performance reporting to executives. Strong ERP and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive industry experience in accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, accurate financial reporting to shareholders, lenders and board members.
• Lead monthly close, journal entries, reserves and accruals; reconcile balance sheets.
• Oversee internal controls, governance, and external compliance.
