Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU. You will manage fleet performance, profitability analysis, and asset coordination across sales, rental, maintenance, and finance.

Reports to the Director of Asset Management and leads cross-functional teams to maximize asset value. Responsibilities include weekly asset calls, asset reviews, and special projects, with a focus on improving asset utilization and ROA across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, customer and location profitability and vehicle performance analysis within assigned geographical area.
• Provide direction, prioritize, strategize and influence all functional areas to maximize assets.
• Manage fleet performance, idle assets, asset task force and weekly asset calls within the area.
• Coordinate asset calls/BU asset reviews and special projects.
