Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Houston, TX, seeks an Application Consultant to lead strategic partnerships with Distributors and End User Customers in Asset Management and Reliability. You will help define our Asset Management strategy, drive co-sell opportunities, and enable field teams to succeed.

You will report to the NA Manager, Application Consulting and work on a hybrid basis in the USA or Canada. The role blends commercial experience, technical understanding, and exceptional relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the Distributors / End Customers across NA.
• Develop strong relationships with partners at Distributors / End-user Customers, including sales leadership and product teams.
• Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic account mapping.
• Collaborate with customer success managers on contract renewals.
• Act as an Asset Management & Reliability liaison between our sales teams and Distributors / End-user Customers' field organizations.
• Lead the daily operational cadence of the partnership, including regular business reviews, QBRs, and internal reporting.
• Represent the partnership at industry events, conferences, and internal meetings.
• Define, implement, and support advanced analytics used to help in the sales qualification for opportunity management.
