Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an Application Consultant to lead strategic partnerships with Distributors and End-User Customers in Asset Management and Reliability. You will blend commercial acumen with technical understanding and strong relationship-building to shape the market and drive co-sell opportunities.

Reporting to the NA Manager, Application Consulting, this role is hybrid from a USA or Canada location, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for NA distributors and end customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Drive joint pipeline, co-selling, and revenue growth with Rockwell account teams.
• Support contract renewals and field enablement across the partner ecosystem.
• Lead program management and regular business reviews for partnerships.
