Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process accounts secured by collateral in default. You will support clients via negotiations, collaborate with vendors and internal partners, and ensure paperwork and systems drive informed decisions throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year banking/default/client services experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal systems.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Independently process accounts secured by collateral in default to work toward resolution.
• Minimize risk by complying with Federal regulations and Bank policy.
• Leverage multiple systems/tools to monitor and support outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with peers, clients, vendors and internal partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly team performance metrics and department goals.
• Support departmental controls for process adherence and KRI results.
• Evaluate accounts and reporting to determine next steps.
