Job summary

Rivet Industries seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead definition, implementation, and operations of new systems with Rivet customers. You will align Rivet and customer teams, analyze conditions, and develop actionable plans to achieve outcomes.

You will anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and drive win/win opportunities while guiding strategic partnerships from engagement to ongoing growth. You will build and manage a network of technology partners, assess fit, and develop integrations that

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology partnerships or related roles
• Experience with complex technology products or integrated solutions
• Strong technical aptitude for hardware and software
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and commercial teams
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships with technology and industry partners whose capabilities complement Rivet’s products
• Triage and evaluate prospective partners based on technical capabilities, fit, demand, integration complexity, and business value
• Define integration opportunities, technical approaches, joint solutions, and deployment paths with Rivet teams
• Develop and manage partner relationships from engagement through deployment and expansion
• Identify opportunities to leverage partnerships to accelerate deployments and create new business opportunities
• Act as owner for strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities
