Job summary

Rivet Industries seeks a Deployment Strategist to drive definition, implementation, and ongoing operations of new systems with customer partners. You will align Rivet and customer teams, analyze data insights, and develop actionable plans to achieve milestones and value delivery.

The role emphasizes identifying new market opportunities, partnering with commercial and technical teams, and transforming customer needs into executable engagements with an entrepreneurial, win‑win approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles spanning business development, technical sales, strategy, deployment, or program execution for complex tech solutions.
• Experience selling or deploying tech in DoD/industrial enterprise contexts; aerospace/defense exposure preferred.
• Ability to develop and translate commercial theses into customer engagements.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders; capable of cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer segments, markets, and use cases for Rivet’s technology.
• Build relationships with prospects, champions, and decision-makers; create demand for Rivet’s solutions.
• Translate customer needs into compelling technical approaches, proposals, and deployment plans.
• Own opportunities from hypothesis through pilot definition to program expansion.
