Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Facilities Project Management, Preconstruction, or related experience.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, estimates, schedules, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with project requestors, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project objectives and planning strategies.
• Collaborates with requestors to define project objective and compile Project Intent and Business Justification proposal.
• Leads the development of project scope and partners with requestors to define operational requirements and space needs.
• Develops and manages project cost estimates and identifies value engineering opportunities to optimize costs and schedule.
• Coordinates and presents assessments of existing conditions, workflows, and facility constraints to support planning.
• Leads project governance activities, including approvals, documentation, and consultant coordination during preconstruction.
• Supports project turnover and post-construction evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
