Qualifications

• 7-10 years of verifiable experience estimating jobs and familiarity with the local market.
• OSHPD/HCAI bid knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to pull data together from limited information and work autonomously from project inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills to speak with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and present potential project pursuits.
• Attend job walks and review bid documents and conditions for pursuits.
• Write narratives for proposals or tailor existing narratives.
• Perform take-offs and internal pricing for complex scopes across project types.
• Develop and review bid documents and strategies for bids.
• Assemble full GMP or Lump Sum proposals with breaks, qualifications, and alternates.
• Present cost information in an organized, timely manner.
• Develop subcontractor invite lists and ensure coverage for all trades.
