Qualifications

• 7–10 years of verifiable experience estimating jobs and familiarity with the local market.
• OSHPD/HCAI bid knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to pull data from limited information and work autonomously from inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills for client, presentations, and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead and mentor other employees on the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and present potential project pursuits.
• Attend job walks and review bid documents and conditions for pursuits.
• Write narratives for proposals or tailor existing narratives.
• Perform take-offs and internal pricing for complex scopes.
• Prepare and review bid documents and bid strategies.
• Assemble full GMP or Lump Sum proposals with breakouts and alternates.
• Present cost information clearly and timely.
• Develop subcontractor invite lists and ensure coverage for all trades.
