Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare construction with a GC.
• Expertise in healthcare estimating and preconstruction planning.
• Proficiency with OSHPD, OSHPD 1 and HCAI regulations and standards.
• Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD and Design Build methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction phase for healthcare projects, ensuring OSHPD/HCAI compliance.
• Develop and implement preconstruction planning strategies with Lean, IPD, TVD and Design Build.
• Collaborate with teams to develop estimates and project timelines.
• Oversee healthcare estimating, identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to align with project goals and regulations.
• Assess and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to stakeholders.
