Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum 5 years of construction administration or architectural project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative during construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress for conformance.
