Job summary

STR seeks a Chief Strategist to unite across the company, shaping strategy for technical execution, pursuits, customer engagement and programs. You will review sensing programs, map strategy to customer plans, and lead marketing, proposals, and staff mentoring to deliver national security solutions.

You will leverage space-based/remote sensing, RF and EO/IR systems, and DoW/IC program experience to drive multi-domain architectures and innovative engagements with customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD/IC space sensing and counter-sensing technologies.
• Proven track record in writing and winning technical proposals.
• 15+ years of relevant military/intelligence experience.
• Experience leading technical teams on advanced R&D programs with DoD/IC partners.

Responsibilities

• Technical marketing to existing and potential customers
• Technical proposal development (idea generation, writing, reviewing)
• Creating innovative solutions to challenging sensing/counter-sensing and C2 problems
• Leading teams to design, develop, implement, test and analyze solutions to national security problems
• Serving as primary technical point of contact for specific customers and offices
• Travel to various STR and customer locations
