Job summary

K-Solv Group seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to direct AR operations across nine entities and lead a 2-4 person AR team in Houston. You’ll enforce consistent billing, collections, and cash applications while supporting monthly close and SOX compliance where applicable.

You will drive process improvements, report AR metrics to senior management, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize cash flow and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in high‑volume Accounts Receivable operations.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role managing AR teams.
• Experience managing multi‑entity or multi‑location AR operations preferred.
• Strong experience with monthly financial close processes and AR reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 2‑4 person AR team with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee AR across 9 entities with consistent billing, collections, and cash application.
• Monitor AR metrics (DSO, aging, collection rates) by entity and consolidated basis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies; support audits and monthly close.
