Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an AR Supervisor to manage the Accounts Receivable function within the Support Center, ensuring priorities and service levels are met. You will lead AR team development, implement SOPs, and partner with the Support Center Director to continuously improve the AR program.

The role includes onboarding AR Representatives, coaching on KPIs, and promoting franchisee satisfaction while maintaining strong collections performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with accounts receivable.
• 2+ years of management or lead experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; call center a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Lead onboarding and development of AR Representatives with KPIs and coaching.
• Develop and improve AR SOPs, workflows, and best practices.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for franchisees to improve collections.
• Monitor franchisee engagement and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Support Center Director to advance the AR program.
