Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead AR operations, invoicing, cash application, collections, and balance reconciliations.

You will partner with Finance and operations to support month-end close and internal controls. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in AR with 5+ years leading AR staff, ERP experience, and a track record of process improvements in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AR, billing, or general accounting.
• 5+ years leading AR staff or teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AR team; assign work and train staff.
• Oversee invoicing per contracts and billing requirements.
• Monitor AR aging, collections, and unapplied cash.
• Review cash receipts and postings in the ERP system.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Develop AR metrics and drive process improvements.
