Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting experience.
• 5+ years of supervising accounting or AR staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AR team; assign work and monitor performance.
• Oversee invoicing aligned with contracts and billing requirements.
• Monitor AR aging, collections, unapplied cash, and deductions; set follow-up priorities.
• Review cash receipts and payment applications to ensure accurate posting in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, aging analyses, and required documentation.
