Job summary

ProMach seeks a Collections Specialist to join their Labeling and Coding Team to reduce aging receivables and strengthen the cash conversion cycle. You will contact customers to collect past due invoices, handle refunds and adjustments, and work with the Division Controller to accelerate collections.

This role requires a 2–4 year accounting degree, 2+ years in collections, strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Excellent growth potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or Four-year degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in collections; experience across regions/divisions preferred.
• Knowledge of billing/collections procedures.
• Accounts Receivable knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and goal orientation.
• Intermediate Excel, pivot tables, and data imports/exports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via calls and/or correspondence to collect on past due invoices.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, and review account adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain customer calls, account adjustments, and small balance write-offs.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Division Controller, Sales Team and Management to accelerate collections.
• Communicate status of customer accounts with leadership on a timely basis.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with divisions, customers, and AR team.
• Perform other tasks to support Accounts Receivable.
