Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on accounts receivable and collections experience in multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of the AR cycle: invoicing, cash application, reconciliation, collections, aging analysis.
• Proven ability to make collection calls and drive timely payments.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations across multiple entities, including invoicing, cash application, maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Proactively manage collections via calls and follow-ups to secure timely payments.
• Monitor aging reports, prioritize collections, and address high-risk accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies with internal teams.
• Post cash receipts accurately and maintain proper application and balances.
• Maintain customer records in ERP with billing terms and tax setup.
• Support credit reviews and enforce credit/collection policies.
• Prepare AR reconciliations, aging reports, and month-end close documentation.
