Job summary

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a Business Administration Analyst to ensure prompt cash applications, assist collections, and generate reports under the direction of the Supervisor. The role requires AR experience or an associates degree and Oracle Cloud/system knowledge.

You will collaborate across Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Treasury and Tax, handling cash postings, invoicing, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher or three or more years of accounts receivable experience is required.
• Oracle Cloud experience is required.
• Operational system knowledge (Right Angle, Symphony, PetroMan, etc.) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts accurately and timely.
• Assist with settlement and unapplied cash receipts.
• Prepare reports and analyses as directed by management.
• Analyze aging AR and perform related data analyses (bad debt reserve, etc.).
• Create invoices, debit memos, and credit memos and adjust accounts as needed.
• Maintain SOX controls and general data integrity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Treasury, Credit/Risk, and Tax.
