You will process diverse payments, prepare reconciliations, and assist with audits and process improvements. The position is onsite in Coppell, with project duration through 3/31/2027 and potential extensions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR experience including cash posting and reconciliations.
• Experience documenting processes and driving improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Validate payment data and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts.
• Prepare customer account reconciliations and resolve unapplied cash.
• Post cash promptly and work with departments to resolve variances.
• Process bank returns and daily payments (Wire, ACH, lockbox).
• Prepare Daily Cash Reports with variances and support audits.
