Job summary

NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking a Business Administration Analyst to ensure prompt and accurate cash applications, assist collections, and generate reports under supervision to minimize accounts receivable outstanding. The role emphasizes system proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include posting cash, preparing memos, resolving unapplied receipts, and analyzing aging data, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Three or more years of accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and operational ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash postings are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with settlement as needed.
• Work with customers and internal departments to resolve unapplied cash receipts.
• Follow-up on aging AR items as directed by management.
• Create invoices, debit memos and credit memos, including adjustments.
• Adhere to SOX controls and department policies.
