Job summary

Heidelberg USA Inc. is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead AR and AP teams across the organization. The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, timely payments, and customer collections while guiding a high-performing team.

You will manage credit risk, supplier terms, and ERP data integrity to support financial controls. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in AR/AP leadership, strong Excel and SAP/ERP experience, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience leading AR/AP teams.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with revenues of $400MM+.
• SAP/ERP experience required.
• Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, pivots).

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP teams (including offshore employees) and guide daily tasks.
• Maintain KPI levels for timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Oversee credit terms, bankruptcy situations, and order releases based on risk.
• Develop and implement process standards aligned with global strategy.
• Provide actionable reporting to department heads and coordinate with third parties.
• Oversee customer/vendor data in the ERP system and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare reconciliations and ensure internal controls and audit readiness.
• Manage expense portal policy adherence, updates, and per diem limits.
• Allocate team responsibilities and recruit replacements as needed.
• Publish department policies and documents across intranet and company.
