Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience leading AR/AP teams in high-volume environments.
• Experience in a sales/service unit within the logistics/distribution/manufacturing industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and AP teams, including offshore staff, with oversight on daily tasks and reporting.
• Maintain KPI levels for timely payments and collections.
• Oversee credit terms, bankruptcy handling, and order release decisions.
• Develop and implement process standards aligned with global strategy.
• Provide reporting to department heads and coordinate with 3rd party providers.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and audit readiness.
• Manage expense portal and per diem policy compliance.
• Oversee hiring and workforce planning for replacements as needed
• Publish department policies and documents to intranet and across the company
