Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in AR/AP leadership, experience in high-volume environments, SAP/ERP proficiency, and a strategic yet hands-on leadership style to mentor the team and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience leading AR/AP teams and processes.
• Experience in high-volume environment with substantial revenues.
• SAP experience preferred; ERP experience required.
• Understanding of credit risk, bad debt management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and AP functions and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee departmental KPIs, ensure accurate vendor payments and customer collections.
• Drive process improvements and resolve escalated collection issues.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and leadership to the team.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder communications.
