Job summary

Stripe, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager to set the strategy and lead execution for Strategic Apps, owning a portfolio of integrations including Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

You will partner with Stripe and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality integrations that drive adoption and business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams and work to define requirements, success metrics, and a scalable operating model to support adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product-management, engineering, or equivalent with ownership of a product at scale.
• Experience setting strategy and driving execu­tion across cross-functional teams, from definition to launch.
• Strong ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics and priorities.
• Fluency with APIs, technical constraints, and product quality in engineering collaboration.
• Experience engaging enterprise users and external tech partners to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps.
• Identify high-value problems and opportunities via user research, ecosystem analysis, and data.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Eng, Design, Data, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management) to deliver end-to-end integrations.
• Define requirements, technical approach, and quality standards for integrations (APIs, docs, edge cases, reliability, security, compliance).
• Set feedback loops and measurement plans; use metrics to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
