Job summary

Stripe is hiring a Staff Product Manager in Seattle to set strategy and lead execution for Strategic Apps. You will own a portfolio of integrations, including with Salesforce, and decide where Stripe should invest based on user needs, product priorities, and market signals.

You’ll work with Stripe and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality integrations that drive adoption and business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant product-management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics.
Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps.
Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value user problems and integration opportunities through research and analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrations end-to-end across API, data, and user workflows.
Define product requirements, technical approach, and quality standards for integrations.
Establish feedback loops and measurement plans; use metrics to improve adoption and revenue outcomes.
