Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to set strategy and lead execution for Strategic Apps in Seattle. You will own a portfolio of integrations, including with Salesforce, and decide where Stripe should invest based on user needs, product priorities, and market signals.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Partner Management, and more to deliver end-to-end integrations, define requirements, and drive adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or engineering leadership.
• Experience defining strategy and executing across multiple cross-functional teams or a complex product area.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics and evaluate product performance.
• Strong API and integrations background with enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps.
• Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value user problems via research and data.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integrations.
• Define product requirements, APIs, docs, and quality standards with Eng.
• Establish feedback loops and measure adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Represent Stripe to strategic partners and enterprise users.
• Drive launches, beta programs, and go-to-market readiness.
• Make cross-functional decisions and align senior stakeholders.
• Balance new features with reliability and technical debt.
