Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Healthcare Finance Operations (HFO) Accounts Payable team supporting One Medical. This role builds scalable AP operations and establishes controllership standards as One Medical transitions its financial systems into Amazon's enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, process-improvement expertise, and ownership in a fast-moving environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive payment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• MBA or CPA, preferred.
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership, preferred.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and improve accounts payable processes across all One Medical sites.
• Partner with service center, business operations, and finance teams to identify pain points and implement solutions.
• Resolve payment escalations promptly to maintain vendor satisfaction and protect financial integrity.
• Conduct deep dives of payment processes to identify improvement areas and quantify impact.
• Collaborate with Launch and Technology teams for launches impacting payment systems.
• Define and monitor key process metrics and use data analysis to prioritize improvements.
• Identify incomplete or inaccurate financial data and drive long-term resolutions.
