Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Revenue Cycle manager to own the end-to-end strategy and performance for One Medical's Senior Health revenue cycle. You will drive net collections, accelerate free cash flow, and strengthen Medicare/Medicare Advantage compliance while improving the member financial experience.

You will lead AI-driven improvements, reduce defects, and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Clinical leaders to uphold high standards across the claims lifecycle in a fast-paced healthcare finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improve financial performance.
• Worked with Medicare/Medicare Advantage revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and financial performance of the Senior Health revenue cycle end-to-end.
• Improve net collection rate, aged receivables, bad debt, and free cash flow under Medicare models.
• Identify root causes of defects and implement upstream fixes with clinical and revenue cycle teams.
• Redesign workflows to be faster, compliant, and efficient.
• Deploy AI/automation to scale operations while maintaining headcount math.
