Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field.
• MBA or CPA preferred; experience with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and improve accounts payable processes across One Medical sites.
• Partner with payment processing service center, business operations, and finance teams to identify pain points and implement solutions.
• Resolve payment escalations to maintain vendor satisfaction and protect financial integrity.
• Conduct deep dives of payment processes to identify improvements and quantify impact.
• Collaborate with Launch and Technology teams for system launches impacting AP.
• Define and monitor key AP metrics and use data to prioritize improvements.
• Identify and fix incomplete or inaccurate financial data and drive long-term resolutions.
