Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the full-cycle AP function, ensuring precise payments and compliant subcontractor invoicing.

You will oversee onboarding, vendor documentation, and internal controls while guiding a high-performing AP team in a fast-paced environment. Must have 7+ years in AP and 2–3+ years of supervision, with expertise in Sage Intacct and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years in full-cycle Accounts Payable and subcontractor invoicing; 2–3+ years in supervision.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience; data tools and AI tools are a plus.
• Expertise with Sage Intacct and Salesforce preferred; strong vendor contract handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes including verification, coding, and payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Lead subcontractor billing and align with Billing to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Design and maintain SOPs; implement internal controls and audit support.
• Mentor AP team; improve workflows, prevent anomalies, and resolve disputes with vendors.
