Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks an Analyst to support the Air National Guard Plans and Programs Directorate. Candidates should understand the Air Force and ANG organizational structure and be able to draft papers and briefings for senior leaders.

The role involves coordinating with HAF, NGB, and states, developing strategy documents, and contributing to PPBE and SP3 processes, with a salary range of $90,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with required DoD experience.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present findings clearly.
• Experience in DoD environment and knowledge of ANG/TFI helpful.
• Professional English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft briefing products for senior leaders (papers, decision briefs).
• Prepare materials with alternatives and strategic implications.
• Review policy papers and assess impact on ANG.
• Support DAG and provide representation to DANG.
• Coordinate with HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs, Joint Staffs, and states.
• Contribute to ANG strategy documents and processes (PPBE, SP3).
• Provide recurring and surge support for planning and budgeting processes.
