Job summary

Air National Guard in the Washington, DC area seeks a Chief of the Resources Division (NGB/A4P) to direct the division's activities at a MAJCOM-equivalent level and provide command‑level staff guidance on resource development and integration.

The role requires mastery of DoD/ANG policies across financial, manpower, IT/management, logistics, engineering, and force protection domains, with the ability to plan, organize, and lead staff while communicating clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• Mastery knowledge of policies, principles, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to financial, manpower, IT/management, logistics, engineering, and force protection.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the Resources Division (NGB/A4P) at MAJCOM-equivalent level.
• Provide command-level staff guidance and/or resource development, management, and integration to support the Air National Guard.
• Plan, organize, and direct the functions and supervise staff to meet program requirements.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with stakeholders across DoD/ANG.
