Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks an Analyst to support the Air National Guard Plans and Programs Directorate. The role requires understanding ANG structure and DoD processes.

You will research complex issues, draft information papers and briefing materials for senior leaders, and coordinate with HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs, Joint Staffs and the States. Preferred candidates hold an active Secret clearance and relevant DoD experience; travel is minimal and a merit-based,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of DoD experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 7 years of USAF/ANG experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clearly.
• Experience in the DoD environment.
• Knowledge of ANG functions under Title 10/32.
• Strong communication and client focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft products for senior leaders and decision makers.
• Prepare information papers, background papers, decision papers, or briefings.
• Review policy papers and analyze ANG impact.
• Support the ANG Director’s Action Group and represent the DANG.
• Coordinate with HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs, Joint Staffs, and the States.
• Contribute to ANG strategy documents.
• Provide recurring and surge support for PPBE, manpower and force structure papers.
