Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to deliver actionable insights, manage data, and optimize processes across sales, pricing, and operations. You will partner with leadership to refine territory management and account strategies while supporting forecasting and BI initiatives.

You will work with Salesforce, SAP, and EXFM, develop dashboards, and train teams on CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
• Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred
• Familiarity with GI/pulmonary endoscopy markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports with key metrics
• Provide market share analytics at regional and national levels
• Create dashboards and automated reports using SAP and SFDC
• Forecast US Market with 6-month rolling SFDC data and present insights to senior leadership
• Manage CRM platforms and ensure data integrity
• Train sales teams on CRM tools and CPQ integration
• Develop pricing analytics and pricing strategies
• Support forecasting, data mining, and BI initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and reporting for new hires
• Travel up to 10% as needed
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Service and R&D
