FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Business Planning Analyst in the U.S. to deliver actionable analytics, manage CRM data, and optimize pricing and sales processes. The role partners with leadership to improve territory management and sales metrics across national and regional accounts.

The position reports to the Director of ES Operations and requires collaboration with IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales operations or analytics or similar role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GI/pulmonary endoscopy markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports with KPIs from Salesforce, SAP, and EXFM; consolidate into Excel-based insights.
• Create dashboards and automated reports using SAP and SFDC.
• Manage CRM platforms and train sales teams on CRM tool usage.
• Conduct pricing analytics and help develop pricing strategies.
• Support sales quotas, forecasting, and BI initiatives; assist onboarding with reports and training.
