Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to manage large data sets, derive insights, and support supply chain and customer service improvements. You will work with IT, finance, sales, procurement, and operations to turn data into actionable recommendations.

This role requires 7+ years in data analytics, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a track record of building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, demand planning, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Working knowledge of ERP and demand forecasting systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and VBA (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and unify data and reporting streams for forecast, inventory, and customer order data.
• Automate reports and streamline data flows with IT or developers.
• Deliver high-quality, actionable insights through ad hoc and recurring reporting.
• Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to visualize KPIs, forecast accuracy, and inventory trends.
• Develop supplier scorecard methodology for vendor performance visibility.
