Zero Homes is seeking a deeply analytical Sales & Operations Analyst to uncover opportunities in our numbers across sales, marketing, fulfillment, supply chain, and finance. Reporting to the Sr.

Manager of Business Operations, you’ll translate data into actionable plans that improve margins and customer experience. Your work will dig into quotes, costs, labor, rebates, and program funding, with each market having its own economics.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in analytics, consulting, FP&A or a data-heavy operations role.
• Deep analytical horsepower: rigorous with numbers, fast in spreadsheets, skeptical by default.
• Business sense beyond the numbers: understanding funnels, field operations, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run deep-dive analyses across the business: funnel conversion, install throughput, throughput, unit economics.
• Get to root cause by digging through data, process, and people to explain why numbers move.
• Pressure-test assumptions with data on pricing, costs, lead quality, scheduling, staffing and capacity.
• Deliver clear, decision-ready recommendations with quantified impact and documentation.
