Piping Technology & Products, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own reporting on sales performance, surface opportunities from data, and run targeted outbound campaigns.

You will bridge sales and shop floor, tracking orders through manufacturing and informing leadership with actionable insights. This hands-on role partners with sales leadership and uses modern AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or data analytics.
• Self-starter with comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and campaigns.
• Sales operations experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reporting on sales performance and effectiveness.
• Report on sales trends by rep, customer, and segment.
• Mine sales data to identify growth opportunities by segment or customer.
• Execute targeted lead generation campaigns via email and track results.
• Assess the overall sales funnel from inquiry to order and identify bottlenecks.
• Report on status of key orders in manufacturing and flag delivery risks.
• Partner with sales leadership to set quotas and targets and report on performance.
